Questions worth asking first.

Why per dispatcher and not per load?

Because a per-load price charges you for a good month. The cost of running this does not move with your volume, so neither does the price.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Export the board to CSV whenever you like — it comes out in the same column order it went in, so it drops straight back into Excel. Nothing is held hostage.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Paste a block of loads out of your current sheet into the board and carry on. Most people run both for a week and then stop opening the spreadsheet.

Is there a contract?

Monthly. Stop whenever it stops being worth it.
